    Clean friendly atmosphere. Got our drinks in no time flat. There was a homeless man that was being a bit disruptive and how the barista handled it was very professional.

    I've never had a horrible experience at any Starbucks. They're always clean, Baristas are always friendly, and if I ever need one, they're almost on every corner. This location on Robinson Street, in the fan, is no exception. This one is a little more hipster than some because of VCU students and all the local academia folks. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I think they're all overpriced. My short Americano was delicious!

    This is one of the most well run Starbucks I have ever been to. It is spotless, the execution on drinks and food is flawless, and all of the employees are cheerful and kind. I'm a big fan of Starbucks in general, but you do NOT get this level of excellence at most location. What makes it even more amazing is that Richmond has a lot of support for local restaurants, which can make it harder for chain businesses to thrive. Somehow, this Starbucks is actually thriving in the Fan district. It feels like a local neighborhood coffee shop, and has a ton of repeat customers (me included). This kind of thing doesn't happen by accident- someone amazing must be managing this place. Hats off to you, whoever you are! Keep up the good work.
